One Terminal You Own, Against Platforms You Rent
Most charting and macro-research platforms are subscriptions that run in the cloud. Many of them do something well. RegimeLens is built the other way round: FRED, GDELT, ACLED and CFTC data on your own price chart, on your own machine, with your own keys, for a planned one-time €299. Where RegimeLens Is Different
Buy once, keep it
A typical platform is a subscription or a seat contract. RegimeLens is planned as a perpetual licence with an optional €99 / yr update contract you can stop; the software keeps working at the last version you had.
Your keys, your disk, your chart
FRED, ACLED, the CFTC and your exchange are called from your machine with credentials you hold. Nothing is resold, so there are no redistribution clauses on what you export, and it works offline from cache.
Macro, events and sentiment, aligned
Release-date aligned macro series, escalation and tone indices, positioning z-scores and event markers on the same axis as gold, BTC or the S&P, with a rolling correlation panel and event studies behind every marker.
It does the work, then shows the receipt
You state one sentence and the terminal arms the condition, changes the axis and writes down what it did, why, and the number that caused it. Pause, undo and stand down are one click each.
Sample size, scatter, and the error bar
Ask is this real? and it returns the median, the scatter of every instance and the interval around the median. On the sample data, four of the five event classes produce an interval that contains zero, and it leads with that.
The failures are on the panel, not in a footnote
Every event study lists the instances that went the other way, by date, each one drawn in red on the fan. On the checks where nothing crossed anything, the desk writes a line saying so.
